  • Instagram bio linkA link list with six optionsNO
  • Reply time stated"Within 24 hours"YES

Fix One "check a date" form asking date, guests and budget, linked from the top of the site and the Instagram bio.

DO THIS FIRST

The "check a date" form. It is the quickest fix and every other change sends people to it.

Part of a sample for a fictional chef. Yours covers 18 checks and what each one is costing you.

Sound familiar?

  • An inquiry lands mid-service. By the time you reply at 11pm, they've booked someone else.
  • People message to ask the price, then disappear.
  • A platform sends you the client and keeps part of the fee.
  • You built a site yourself once. Nobody found it.

Referrals and direct messages work until a slow month. A site people can find, with an easy way to ask for a date, is a source of clients you own.

What it looks like instead

  • Inquiries arrive with a date, a guest count and a budget, so you can quote in one reply.
  • A referral who looks you up finds your menus, your prices and your reviews in one place.
  • Guests searching for a chef in your city can find you without a platform in the middle.
  • The clients are yours. Nobody takes a cut for the introduction.

Why it works

A guest books you when three things are true.

They can find you

Your site says what you do and where, so you can appear when someone searches for a private chef in your city, and when a referral looks you up by name.

They trust what they see

Menus, starting prices, photos and reviews on one fast page. Enough for a guest to decide you're the right chef before they write.

Asking is easy

One form that takes the date, the number of guests and the budget. You get an inquiry you can answer, not a "how much?" in your messages.

The free audit scores you on these, and on Google, AI assistants, Instagram and how you handle inquiries: 18 checks in all, each with what it is costing you and how to fix it.

$200 a month

Kept working, and found when people search

  • Search work so you appear for "private chef in" your city
  • Written and listed so AI assistants such as ChatGPT can find you too
  • Two changes to your site every month, included
  • A monthly count of the inquiries you received

Add it or skip it. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

Founding bonuses

$250 of extras, included

Three things set up for you

  • Google Maps setup Your Google Business Profile filled in and linked, so you show on the map with your reviews. $150 value
  • One-tap booking link Your Instagram bio goes straight to your booking form. $50 value
  • The "How much?" reply kit Three ready-to-send replies for price-only messages. $50 value

No extra cost for the first 10 chefs.

Work it out with your own numbers: if one booking is worth $500 to you, two bookings pay for the site.

Approve it, or don't pay the rest

You put down $100. The other $700 is due only when you approve the site. If you don't approve it, you don't pay it.

Live in 10 days, or half price

If your site isn't live within 10 days of us receiving your menus and photos, you pay $400 in total, not $800.

Why the price is this low

This is the founding price, for the first 10 private chefs, while we build our track record. After those 10, the price goes up.

Work

One chef, four sites.

Who you work with

Harvey Bince, founder

I build the sites and answer the emails myself, so you deal with one person from the audit to launch day. I work in English and Spanish and take calls in US afternoon hours. Aeternal Digital is registered in Delaware, USA.

Write to me at hello@aeternaldigital.com.

How it works

You see the problems before you pay for anything.

  1. Free audit

Paste your site or Instagram link. Within 48 hours you get what's costing you bookings, in plain language.

  2. A short call

We go through the audit together and you decide if you want the site. English or Spanish.

  3. Built in 10 days

We build it from your Instagram, menus and photos. You review it and ask for changes.

  4. Approve, launch, measure

You pay the rest when you approve it, and it goes live on your own domain.

Questions

Before you send the link.

My clients come from referrals. Why would I need a website?

Because a referred guest looks you up before writing to you. The site is what they find, and it gives them a simple way to ask for a date. It also reaches people searching for a chef who don't know anyone to ask.

I'm a chef, not a tech person. How much do I have to do?

Send your Instagram, your menus and any photos you like. We build the site, connect your domain and make updates when you ask. There is nothing for you to maintain.

Do I have to take the monthly plan?

No. The site on its own is $800, with hosting included and any later changes at $50 each. The monthly plan adds the search work and two changes a month. If you take it, the minimum is three months, because search work needs that long to show anything. After that you can stop with 30 days' notice. Your domain and your content stay yours either way.

What if I don't like the site?

You ask for changes until you do. The remaining $700 is due only when you approve it.

Do I need a website already?

No. If Instagram is all you have, send that. The audit covers how guests find you and how easily they can ask for a date.

Will ChatGPT recommend me when someone asks for a private chef?

It can, but nobody controls what an AI assistant answers. They draw on what is published about you: your site, your Google profile, your reviews and local listings. The monthly work keeps those clear and consistent, which gives you the best chance of being named.

Will I be first on Google?

Nobody can promise a position. The monthly work is aimed at getting you seen for private chef searches in your city, and you get a count of inquiries each month so you can judge it by results.

Where are you based?
